It is a safe water-soluble surfactant with good moisturizing, foam-stabilizing and conditioning property. It is an ideal emulsifier for silicone oil and other oil-phase in personal care products , compatible with various cosmetic components and resins. It can be used as hair conditioner, providing silky feeling for hair, as well as skin emollient. It is also widely applied in 2 in 1 shampoo, styling product, soap, shaving product, skin lotion, make-up foundation and anti-perspirant product.
