Para-Toluenesulfonyl isocyanate (PTSI) reacts fast with water, alcohol, amine, acid and alkali, and therefore do not pour into this kind of material in the product containers. Its reaction with 1 gram of water and the carbon dioxide gas is 1.3 liters. Such as moisture into the container, in a very short time a large number of gas will occur, which can cause the container (even closed container) to be on fire.
This product is sensitive to moisture, so it should be in sealed, original packaging container, dry storage. Under good condition, the shelf life is at least six months.
