Application of Undecenoic Acid CAS 112-38-9
It is an important raw material for the synthesis of spices, such as γ-dodecolactone, polycyclic 15 lactone, musk ketone, nonaldehyde and so on. It can also be used for antifungal drugs and treatment of dermatomycosis drugs, can synthesize antibacterial properties of surfactants such as undecene monoethanolamide succinate sodium sulfonate. It can also be used to prepare plasticizer. The maximum allowable amount (quality score) in cosmetics was 0.2%, which was stable in the PH5.0 ~ 6.5 range.
